Yoga is the study of mind/body discipline incorporating breathing, mediation, and physical postures while promoting health and relaxation. Yoga helps individuals focus better, be more confident, flexible, and strong in both the body and mind. I discovered the benefits of Yoga in 2002, and after years of practice with local studios, I decided to pursue my teaching career.
I am currently in pursuit of obtaining my E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher). I hold weekly classes as well as specialty workshops throughout the year for local fitness centers and dance studios. I am also available for private lessons for any level of Yoga instruction.
