Yoga is the study of mind/body discipline incorporating breathing, mediation, and physical postures while promoting health and relaxation. Yoga helps individuals focus better, be more confident, flexible, and strong in both the body and mind. I discovered the benefits of Yoga in 2002, and after years of practice with local studios, I decided to pursue my teaching career by obtaining my 200+ hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification from Yoga Alliance in 2016. Later that year I went on to obtain my Kids & Teen Yoga Teacher certification to expand my teaching skills and deepen my practice.
I am currently in pursuit of obtaining my E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) certification via Yoga Alliance. I hold weekly classes, as well as specialty workshops, throughout the year at local yoga studios, fitness centers, gyms, and dance studios. I am available for private lessons offering any level of Yoga instruction.
