Group exercise is a wonderful way to get moving and feel a sense of community. I have taken various group exercises classes since I was a child and always enjoy the newest styles as well as the classics. I hold weekly classes and monthly workshops, and also offer private sessions upon request.

  • Tuesday 7:15-8:00pm Cardio/Barre (TBC) Fitness Class at Hatboro YMCA
  • Sunday 9:00-10:00am Barre Class at Spring Mill Athletic Club
  • Barre Fitness Workshops held sporadically throughout the year at various dance studios
