My unique postnatal plan is tailored specifically to each new mother. It involves:

Supporting new mothers, offering gentle exercises to help heal the body, developing a plan for health and exercise, time management tips (to ease the new transition with your little one), lactation diet strategy (where needed), healthy eating, grocery planning, quick and easy healthy recipe tips, journaling, meditation and relaxation, activities for you and your new baby, and so much more! A plan developed by mothers for mothers, while you navigate this new incredible change of life. I offer alternative solutions to invasive and medicated treatment (whenever possible). Together we can develop a healthy lifestyle that is beneficial to both you and your new baby.
